Service Description
Build strength where it matters most and keep your body moving well with this yoga–Pilates inspired blend designed specifically for runners. We’ll focus on core stability, hip mobility, glute strength, and deep stretching to support better form, smoother stride, and fewer injuries. Expect a mix of controlled strength work and restorative mobility that leaves you feeling stronger, lighter, and more balanced on and off the run. Suitable for all levels.

Cancellation Policy
CLASSES: Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before class start time will still be charged. TREATMENTS: You may rearranged your appointment via the members area on the website or by contacting directly via phone or text up to 24 hours before appointment start time (emails may not be received or processed in time). Amendments requested less that 24 hours before your appointment cannot be made and no refunds will be given. In the rare event that your appointment needs to be postponed for reason outside of my control you will be contacted via email and/or text ASAP by Christine Blair at THE CLINIC. Your appointment will be rearranged, or if this is no longer an option a full refund will be issued.
