Class Styles

Everything Christine offers centres around helping you move well and feel great whilst you do it! As an experienced yoga teacher and sports massage therapist she loves to share her expert knowledge in anatomy and movement to help you better understand your body and mind. Her classes are fun, insightful and unique thanks to her fresh approach and sincere honest voice. Expect to find out something new about yourself in each practice and leave feeling ‘well-good’ inside and out!

Well-Good Yoga

Yoga to help you feel well and good inside and out! The perfect blend of yoga philosophy, asana (postures) to balance strength & flexibility, pranayama (breath-work) and meditation. Suitable for all levels. 

Functional Movement

This is a fun space to explore your bodies range on motion through functional movements that will help us stay strong and nimble so we can keep doing what we love and feel great whilst we do it. Learn to move confidently and pain free whilst having a proper giggle. 

Deep Relaxation

Unwind with some gentle movement and breath work before settling into a guided deep relaxation (yoga nidra). This class offers a perfect opportunity to de-stress, rest, and restore.

Flow Your Own Way

Move with your breath through a creative sequence of yoga postures to music for a freeing feeling in body and mind. A moving meditation helping you feel energised, balanced and at peace. 

Super Chill

A blend of yin yoga, mindful movement and meditation designed to invite space into body and mind. This class offers a tranquil and rejuvenating opportunity for you to unwind and find harmony amidst the demands of modern life.

War on the Mat (strong vinyasa)

This one is only for the brave! Expect savage vinyasa sequences to tap into your full potential as we take our body and mind through wash cycle, after wash cycle, kicking us out the other side stronger, more resilient and empowered to keep on going.
