Yoga Workshop

This is a 2 hour yoga workshop where you pick what you want to breakdown, learn and play with.  

WHAT TO EXPECT: 

• Guided flow style practice to warm up
• Open forum to ask questions about poses, transitions and how to modify your practice
• Playtime to explore new ways to approach yoga postures
