WELL GOOD: Arty walk & brunch

We all have a creative side... Sometimes we just need to find our way back to it.

This community event will take you on a guided walk through to discover the incredible sculptures and works of art that our available to us in our cities stunning Campbell Park. Throughout the walk you will be invited to create your own works of arts with mix mediums including pencil drawing, rubbings and photography. Each participant will be gifted their own sketch book to work in and take away with them.

We will finish our walk with delicious brunch at Brew Dog and some WELL GOOD chats.

Subscribers to THE PRACTICE (online membership) will also get access to a 21 day creativity course to do in your time with daily actions, ideas and projects to keep filling your sketchbook.

Our third WELL GOOD Experience aims to uncover some hidden magic that our city has to offer that simply goes unnoticed and unappreciated in todays busy and noisy world. Come together as a community to hike, notice, learn and really chill out and chat! We can't wait for this one.

Here's what's happening:

- Meet in central Milton Keynes at 11am (exact location tbc)

- Hike through Campbell Park taking in the beautiful sights whilst chatting and connecting

- Spend time meandering around our City's sculptures and learning as you go with the opportunity to enquire further as to the stories behind the art.

- Arrive at Brew Dog to eat, drink and chill.

You'll need:

- A rucksack or easy to hold bag - we're huge fans of a bumbag!

- Water

- Comfortable walking shoes

- Snacks for the hike

- Wear comfortable layers appropriate to the weather - who knows what October will bring!

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

- Guided walk

- Brunch including 1 drink (tea/coffee, pint, mimosa)

- Online 21 day creativity course to fill your sketch book (members only)

This event is suitable for children & dogs. 

Feel free to bring your small people and four legged friends.

Brewdog have a childrens menu, baby changing facilities and dog treats available (not included in ticket price).
