- How important your range of motion (ROM) on all our joints is

- Fun playing with simulations of what restricted ROM feels like

- Starting to understand what might be causing restrictions in your movement

- Postural analysis to identify what parts of you are working too hard, what parts of you need firing up and what parts are a bit on the wonk

- My method for unlocking your bodies full potential
