About the event
A trained dancer from Manchester turned yoga super star. Get ready to move through one of her signature fluid Mandala flows before workshopping her favourite yoga trick… the forearm balance!
About Kate:
Kate believes that yoga, just like in dance (her original love, life’s work and training), you can be anything you want to be, and she brings that same sense of freedom and self-expression to her yoga sessions. She creates an environment where you can realise your infinite potential and tap into the power of your unique human experience, connecting you to your body in a way that feels natural and authentic.
Her practice encourages you to really get to know myself, and keeps you driven to live the fullest life you can.
The invitation is for you to come experience an approach to yoga that feels exciting, energising and as individual as you are. Kate is dedicated to helping you find your own way through practice (and life), especially if you never quite felt ‘yoga enough’ for yoga, then this is the space for you.
What to Expect:
- A meet and greet with Kate, hosted by Christine, to hear more about how she discovered the practice and what yoga means to her.
- Time for questions and a bit of self reflection
- Rhythmic Mandala flow sequence to get your body warmed up
- Play time breaking down her signature pose: Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance Pose)
- Cool down and time to integrate the benefits of the practice
- Cocoa and snacks to close
