About the event
This is a 2.5 hours session allowing us to go deep into our practice.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Some time to discuss and develop our knowledge around the philosophy of yoga
Long spicy vinyasa style practice to build dome heat and get into the flow state
Breaking down a pose and playing with different variations in a workshop style (likely to be an inversion/hand ballance/backbend utilising all the props with options for all bodies to explore)
Juicy yin and/or restorative poses for deep relaxation
