Saturday Special

This is a 2.5 hours session allowing us to go deep into our practice. 

WHAT TO EXPECT: 

• Some time to discuss and develop our knowledge around the philosophy of yoga
• Long spicy vinyasa style practice to build dome heat and get into the flow state 
• Breaking down a pose and playing with different variations in a workshop style (likely to be an inversion/hand ballance/backbend utilising all the props with options for all bodies to explore)
• Juicy yin and/or restorative poses for deep relaxation 
• An extra long savasana

• Stunning studio space
• All props (including mountains of bolsters & blankets) for a seriously luxurious practice 
• Added sensory experience of essential oils and ambient beats from surround sound purpose build sound system
