Join me for a virtual mini retreat.
This specially created and recorded mini retreat will be emailed to you 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Clear the time in your diary, set up a tranquil space in the comfor of your own home and when you are ready, press play.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- The mini retreat will arrive in your inbox, simply press play
- We will start with a moment to just STOP and breathe
- Pens at the ready as we journal and get really clear on how we FEEL
- Then we are going to PAUSE and settle into a guided meditation
- We will of course finish with some hard core chilling out (like we mean it) to feel CONNECTED
Bring your own snacks (no judgement or shame on the menu so everything and anything goes).
Wear what ever you feel comfortable in.
Have a note book, pen and brew ready.
Get all the cushions, blankets and bolsters you want to be super comfy.
