The document forms the basis of our legal agreement on the Terms and Conditions of participating in the above retreat.

 

Please read through this entire document.  Payment of deposit finalizes your registration and understanding and agreement to the terms here by laid out. 

 

Investment and Payment Schedule:

Prices listed are per person.  Early bird price applies to all booking made before 31/01/2022

£645 (early bird) / £695 (full price) shared bell tent

£695 (early bird) / £745 (full price) shared castitas

£695 (early bird) / £745 (full price) single occupancy bell tent

 

You are agreeing to the following payment schedule:

o   Payment 1 of £200 upon booking

o   Payment 2 of £250 due by 10th April 2022

o   Payment 3 (final payment) of the remaining balance is due in cash on arrival to be collated by me and paid directly to the venue

o   If booked after 10th April 2022, £450 (Payment 1 and Payment 2) are required when booking.

 

Payment 1 and payment 2 are non-refundable deposits.

Payment 2 & 3 can be made in smaller amounts if the total is received by the final due date. Contact me directly to arrange this.

Payment 1 is to be made via website booking

Cancelation, Refund & Liability Policy

It is a condition of participation on this retreat that adequate insurance is in place, not only to cover you for the duration of the trip, but to cover you in the event of cancellation.  It is strongly recommended that you have cancellation insurance in place upon committing to the financial agreements contained within this document.

 

The deposit amount of £200 is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event that participant is no longer able to attend.

 

Cancelation of 120 days prior to the start of the retreat participants will be refunded any monies less the £200 deposit.

 

In the event that Christine Blair decides to cancel the retreat then all monies paid to Christine Blair will be refunded.  In this circumstance Christine Blair will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the participant, included but not limited to travel expenses, insurance costs, etc.

 

Christine Blair reserves the right to send a substitute teacher in the event of unexpected circumstances preventing her from teaching on retreat.

 

In the event of Force Majeure that hinders, delays, or leads to cancellation of this retreat, Christine Blair will not be liable for any costs incurred or to repay any money received.  Participants will be expected to claim under their individual insurance.  This includes but in not limited to sever weather, acts of terrorism, government actions, natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemic or failure of the venue to provide their services. 

 

In registering for this retreat you agree that Christine Blair shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or delay.

 

In registration for this retreat you agree to assume all risk associated with the trip and agree that no liability will be attached to Christine Blair for any personal injury, illness, delay, damage or loss to any property, finances or health.

Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk: 

The participant acknowledges and takes full responsibility for their health, well-being and all personal decisions made before, during and after the retreat.  The includes, but is not limited to, yoga or any physical activities you choose to partake in, your suitability to travel, or any medical conditions or medical treatment that you receive or may need to receive.

 

Disclaimer: You acknowledge that I, Christine Blair (or agreed substitute), am solely providing services as a yoga teacher. Neither I or any of my representatives are tour operators or travel agents, and are acting solely as a co-ordinator and contact point on behalf of the group in terms of relationship with the venue and have no liability in relation to the venue who is a 3rd party.

 

All points of this agreement remain in place even after the end of the retreat.
