A full day retreat to explore some of the fundamentals of selfcare whilst reflecting on ways we can bring these into our life in simple and sustainable ways.
Body – We are going to kick off the morning by getting the energy flowing. Expect a fun yoga practice set to some seriously good tunes to awaken the body.
Soul – Food should be something that makes the soul sing. So after our morning practice, it’s time to share a delicious lunch packed full of fresh and nutritious ingredients to excite the taste buds!
Mind – Whilst lunch is settling, it’s time to find some clarity. We’ll use meditation and journaling exercises to start exploring what actions we need to take moving forward to ensure we continue to take care of ourselves.
Connection – That all important (and often forgotten) time to slow down. Using Yin and Restorative Yoga we will explore the art of stillness, so we can find a connection back to the simplicity of being.
We’ll finish the day with some deep relaxation to help recharge the batteries and allow the days practices to marinate.
