    This Sunday evening chill session is designed to let you unwind and hit the reset button with yoga and relaxation by candle light to melt away those stresses.  Give yourself a little gift and take some time out for you!

     

    YOGA:
    This practice is designed to help you slow things down so you can unwind and relax.  Expect a deliciously slow flowing hatha yoga practice, suitable for both beginners and yoga lovers alike.  Candles, fairy lights and gorgeously soothing sounds will help you to release stress in the body and the mind, before wrapping up in cozy blankets and resting on supportive bolsters for some seriously relaxing and restorative postures.

     

    After, there will be time for you to simply enjoy each other’s company over some yummy homemade cake and chai tea.

      

    TIMINGS:

    6:00pm

    		 Get settled on you mat
    6:15pm Yoga practice 
    8:00pm Chai tea and cake
    8:30pm Off home to relax some more
