Sunday 23rd September | Sunset Yoga Mini Retreat

Slow things down with a gentle, relaxing and flowing practice as the sunsets.

Allow yourself time and space just for you.  This practice is designed to help you slow things down so you can unwind and relax.  This deliciously slow flowing yoga practice is suitable for both beginners and yoga lovers alike.  Nature will dim the lights for us whilst gorgeously relaxing sounds will help you to release stress in the body and the mind before wrapping up in cozy blankets for some seriously relaxing restorative yoga and meditation.

After, there will be time for you to explore, take in the art on display or maybe pick up a hand crafted gift from the yoga Christine pop up shop over some yummy cake and chai tea.
