About the event
A big part of living our yoga is about accepting that there is no one right or wrong way to live our life, but more about having conscious awareness so that we are making choices that lead us closer to our own vision of happiness. Just like those books you might have read as a kid, each one of us gets to choose our own adventure. So what is is to be?
This workshop is an opportunity for you to consciously create and make space for yourself and your thoughts.
See this like a yogic approach to planning and goal setting with your true values and passion right at the heart of it.
What to expect
We will start with a short pranayama practice (breathing) to clear out and move some energy around.
After that we will take some time to journal through some questions together to dig into what we really want, how we want to show up in life and where we want to adventure to next. This will help us to distil this down to a Sankalpa (resolve, or intention) that we will continue to draw focus from over the coming months.
We will then finish with a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to help embed our Sankalpa whilst getting to relax and rest... because not everything is about doing and achieving.
There are no movement practices in this workshop. Just lots of time to stir up your ideas and dreams, with lots of space to let them infuse.
Where will this take place
This workshop is online allowing you do do it from anywhere you feel comfortable (sofa, bed, garden... it is your choice).
