Move your body, have fun

...it is that simple!

Yoga should be something everyone can enjoy and benefit from.  This community project has been set up to encourage people to come and give yoga a try.  There is nothing glossy or fancy about these classes.  Each week we turn up, roll out our mats and have a laugh before enjoying some quiet time at the end for a bit of rest and relaxation.
All classes run in 6 week terms. 
Book for the whole term as commitment to yourself and save (book 6 weeks and only pay for 5).
Not sure you can commit, then book weekly for drop in sessions.
 
Chose either a slower pace of class to help get to grips with the poses, or try something a bit faster to get your heart rate up and muscles working.

Why should I try yoga?

Do I need lots of fancy kit?

But I'm not flexible!

That's not a problem, you don't need to be flexible to try yoga.  Stick with it and your flexibility will improve.
